There were a load of these subjects around the time of Hearthfire speculation period, but I haven't seen any recently so I'm doing a spiritual bump for a great justice.
Most importantly, SPELL MAKING ALTAR - we really need this.
Also, new Spells:
Conjuration :"Recombine Ash" - high lvl spell, ability to recombine the ash remains into their previous forms.
Conjuration: "Spectral Arrow" - already in game, but not available. This could also be a Shout, as we know that the Underking used that shout to blow a hole in Zurin Arctus.
Illusion: "Mind Control" - high lvl spell, might not always work(lvl of NPC/creature is important), allows you to take an enemy for a death ride(even commit suicide) or fight/interact using his body. If you're caught casting it, you get bounty.
Illusion: "Amnesia" - a high lvl spell, might not always work(lvl of NPC/creature is important), removes the memory of a crime/attack and dzaes an enemy for a few sec allowing you to escape. If you're caught casting it, you get bounty.
Illusion: "Sleep" - useful from mages-sneak characters, might not always work(lvl of NPC/creature is important) It might require to be undetected while casting the spell. If you're caught casting it, you get bounty.
Alteration :"Force Push" - if I recall correctly DG introduces it to Mages, as an "Eject Player Push" - it's possible and in our reach. Potentially.
"Indimidating Cry"/ "Silence" - a Shout or an Alteration spell, esentially a Silence-caster, maybe also Dispell(Shout version) and a little standard shout-stagger.
"Force Field" - Shout/Alteration spell, capturing all projectiles(not only magic, but also arrows), (workaround: makes almost transparent bubble around the PC, that has the properties of a wall/floor/solid ground). Lore: Used by Tiber/Underking while attacking Sancre Tor.
Destruction: "Damage Magica/Health/Regeneration and Spell Absorption" and all others effects should get a spells. The same goes for "Chaos Damage".
many others, unmentioned.
I would be very happy if we'd get a magic-oriented or at least partially based DLC or maybe just new spells, as long as they'd be given.
Opinions? Any wishes?
