Any ideas on how I can make Raziel from the LOK games? I think bound sword would be ideal for the reaver, and obviously dunmer with vampirism/soul trap magic.

Fus Ro Dah for that force push thing he learns to do (or has the sword do, I can't remember!). He also does those fire/ice?/etc attacks with the imbued reaver in #2 so maybe some destruction magic.

Oh man I loved me some Soul Reaver, it's a shame the series gradually went downhill from there and the last one with the fixed cinematic cam was crap imo even though we played as the badass version of Kain.

I say go Dunmer and use bound swords with perks to soul trap to replicate his soul sword (or whatever it was called) and try to mimic some of the spells. Definitely go vamp for RP reasons as well as to give him that sickly half dead look, don't feed though as he couldn't drink blood.
