EA + Crysis + SimCity + Madden

Noticing a trend?

These games have all been rushed and stripped of features that will inevitably be sold in DLC or micro-transactions in the future, if these franchises survive.

Blame is shifted to gamers pirating / being more whiny than past generations etc.

The problem with Crysis 3's population of 1000 (that's an average) players on PC, and 2000-5000 on consoles is that the game is not balanced, it was prematurely released, and it was stripped of what gamers want; content.

I love Crysis the franchise. I detest EA, and Crytek remains awesome but constrained.

Unless gamers voice their opinions, and force a recalculation on EA's part or on the part of the studios themselves, franchises will continue to die and be run into the ground.

What has been happening is commercial success after acquisition, followed by loss of goodwill, and projecting forward, eventually the series go under; ala Bain Capital.

Is this what Crysis fans want for this series?
