Anyone tried to Disable Core-Parking?

Hey guys,

i saw some posts about disabling Core-parking and i think it gives the Performance a huge boost,so give it a shot and see if it helps..i can't do it now because i've to sleep :)..so if it increased your Performance,feel free to post feedback :)

I just used the link that you provided and it turns out that I had 3 parked cores. I don't know if it was the new Nvidia beta drivers or this that did the trick, but my random framerate drops have completely disappeared. This may be something worth looking into regarding the rope physics issue as well. Either that or 314.21. Either way, problem solved thanks a million for the idea

Edit: i7 3770 @ 4.2

Yeah, very weird because I have the same thing, just to really lag bad with Object detail on very high, now it's much better. Those physics everywhere really do/did seem to have terrible performance, maybe the driver fixed that or something, not sure.

Supposedly setting power management to "performance" helps this issue.
