Name: Free Economic Zone Of New Vegas (FEZNV)
Flag: http://imgur.com/1bLancr (still thinking about that)

History: Formed by the genius pre-war mind that is Robert Edwin House, the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas was officially established following the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. Its origins lay in the pre-war world however, when House first laid out his plans to preserve the spirit of Vegas and turn the city in the post-war world into a blast furnace, from which the foundation of a rebuilt future could be forged in the fires of industry and capitalistic venture.

House’s plans were interrupted by the failed delivery of the piece of advanced technology known as the “Platinum Chip” which forced him to operate off of buggy software and to adapt and change his plan and schedule. In order to survive the rolling blackouts to his power grid in the Lucky 38 Casino (caused by his successful attempts to shield Vegas from nuclear fire) Mr. House went into a deep coma, which lasted many years.

When he awoke, he found the city of Vegas to be relatively intact, but still nothing like the future he had originally planned for it. Due to continual issues with his software, he was not able to implement any sort of real rebuilding effort until many years later. In the meantime, he continued to hire various search parties to find the Platinum Chip in the ruins of its original printing location: Sunny Vale, California.

It was then in 2070s that Mr. House emerged from his seclusion within the Lucky 38 in order to begin his original plans. Using his vast accumulated capital he hired and civilized three tribal societies, who became the famed “Three Familes” of the New Vegas Strip. It was also in this time that the advance of the Legion and the NCR was detected, two massive states who had ambitions for the New Vegas area.

House immediately set to work, and drafted a treaty with the NCR using the leverage gained from his new manpower in the Three Familes as well as the force of Securitrons that he had at his disposal within the Lucky 38. It was a small force compared to the might of the NCR and Legion, but it was enough to bide Mr. House time.

While the NCR took control over the massive hydroelectric Hoover Dam, House was busy plotting to ensure that the Dam, and indeed the whole New Vegas area would not remain under the NCR’s influence for long. Through a serious of political machinations and the use and recovery of the Platinum Chip, House upgraded and unleashed his Mk II Securitron Army on the two combatants at the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. Using his new found military might, he forced the NCR to sign an order of withdraw treaty which created the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas and set terms for the arrangement of water and electric supplies from the Dam to the NCR, in exchange for a set fee. With no choice but to accept, NCR General Lee Oliver pulled his forces from the Dam and returned home. Both he and President Kimball bore the brunt of this move by House and the War Hawk agenda collapsed in the NCR.

Following the battle at the Dam, House set to work on his beloved Vegas. He continued expansion of the Strip, moved into Freeside and began improving conditions there, and ensured that the Casinos of the city had a steady supply of tourists and caps. All the while, House reaped in a flat (but still relatively low) tax on all Casino and vendor profits which proved to be quite substantial: notwithstanding his treaty with the NCR which began reaping in similar large amounts of money. All the while, the borders of the Free Economic Zone expanded, soon reaching the Big Mountain facility to the north. After taking control of Big Mountain and eliminating the more uncooperative members of the Think Tank, House began to consider ways in which he might use this advanced facility to his advantage. Research was soon sponsored at the facility, and House used his considerable development skill earned from his pre-war experience as the Robco-CEO to jumpstart technological innovation at the location.

New Vegas thus now represents a unique sort of gem in the Post-Apocalyptic world: relatively untouched by the Great War with its spirit intact. Citizens from around the NCR flock to the Strip in droves, fueling the engine of Mr. House’s economy. The advanced MKII Securitrons are now the army of Vegas: an army “worthy of protecting it” and House continues to lead the Economic zone with a firm autocratic hand.

Time will only tell if this venture was a success. As they say in Vegas however, the House always wins.

Government:

The New Vegas Economic Zone is a unique style of government, one which is perhaps best described as “Lassiez-Faire Autocracy.” Mr. House controls the New Vegas strip as its “sole CEO-and proprietor” and runs the Economic zone as a “firm autocrat and economic visionary.” Mr. House’s official title is “Chief Executive of the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas.”

While Mr. House is the leader of the Free Economic Zone, he has no interest in legislating the lives of individuals within it. Laws are thus quite lax, with only a few basic fundamental legislative codes in order to ensure a society that is not anarchistic or uncivilized, and that everyone knows House is in charge. Personal and social legislation however, is left largely up to the individual communities within the zone. Provided these towns do not draft legislation that will either grossly compete with House’s basic laws, or in his words, go against the “spirit of New Vegas” the towns are free to legislate and control themselves as they will. A flat tax is of course sent to Mr. House from each of the communities, and in return, House provides protection in the form of his Securitron Army and utilities such as power and water.
It is a system which has thus far succeeded. In some sense however, the Free Economic Zone is less of a structured government and more of a business model capitalistic venture, and that is just the way House wants it.

Economy:

The economy of Vegas is the Zone’s main draw. Vegas is business, and business is good. With Mr. House at the wheel, a CEO and elite executive from the pre-war world, industry and business flourish in New Vegas like it does almost nowhere else. One of the largest economic draws is of course New Vegas itself: the jewel of the Mojave wasteland and indeed possibly the world. Citizens from the NCR and even other surrounding regions flock to Vegas for fun, excitement, and gambling. While initially only three Casino’s dotted the strip, House has made sure that various others have now sprung up: and the strip has boomed with phenomenal growth.

House also controls various other industries within New Vegas, such as the advanced technological sector in the form of Big Mountain, industries such as the New Vegas steel plant and other retooled factories, and of course: Hoover Dam, whose electricity is being sent by treaty to both New Vegas and the NCR, as well as to surrounding locations and regions. House has been improving its output capacity as well: with his advanced knowledge of engineering.

As a designated “Free Economic Zone” New Vegas also is a haven for entrepreneurs, corporate entities, and other businesses. House keeps his taxes on such industries quite low in order to encourage the growth of these sorts of ventures in the Zone and thus he has sponsored a haven of capitalism and big-business: all the while he skims off the top of the large pool of profits in order to fund and fuel his own future ventures.

In all, the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas likely has one of the strongest and richest economies in the word, with a high standard of living to boot: and House means to keep it that way.

Culture: “Sin city is a hell of a town.”

The culture of Vegas is highly reminiscent of 1950s Vegas Americana. With everything that goes along with it. The slang, the attire and dress, the decorations, and the general feel. New Vegas is a display case of the pre-war world, with the spirit of the “entertainment capital of the world “ preserved by House. Gambling, drugs, six, and booze are all apart of the Vegas experience on both the Strip, and Freemont Street. Men and women dress in snazzy suits and pre-war dresses and everywhere the spirit of Vegas is fun and good times: just like it was in the old world. Don’t let that fool you however, as House runs the Strip and New Vegas like a well oiled machine. There is no laziness when it comes to keeping the city clean, running, and on time and on schedule. Even the New Vegas monorail to McCarren Airport runs its schedule with precise efficiency, down to the last second.

Outside of the strip, the outlying towns and villages are more traditional of typical settlements around post-apocalyptic America and the NCR. Some are doing better than others, and a few such as Primm even maintain their own “little Vegas” atmosphere. However in towns like Goodsprings and elsewhere: you’ll find a more laid-back attitude and more down-to-earth wasteland folk, some of whom have no interest in the lights and glamor of Vegas. Still, they appreciate the easiness of House’s rule and the efficiency with which he supplies them with water and electricity.

Military: “An army worthy of protecting it.”

The soldiers of Vegas stand alert, straight and at attention always, they never eat nor do they sleep, no do they suffer from morale loss or fatigue. They are excellent soldiers and accurate to a robotic precision. They are of course: the Securitrons. House’s large Securitron army is of course the primary fighting force of New Vegas and the Free Economic Zone as a whole. As Mr. House would say: they are always in fighting trim.

With the upgrades to the MKII software, the Securitrons are armed with an array of powerful weaponry: each one carrying embedded within its casing a Glasting House Inc. X-25 gatling laser for medium range engagements, a M-235 missile launcher system for ground and air targets, a 9mm submachine gun for close range suppression and crowd control, and a G-28 grenade launcher system for explosive supporting fire. Each Securitron also has a highly advanced on-board auto-repair system, which makes these robotic soldiers of Vegas ready for nearly any combat situation which arsis. All in all, as House estimates, the MK II upgrades confer a 235% upgrade in combat effectiveness per unit. For those wishing to exploit the robotic nature of the soldiers, they will find that this is not so easily done, as House’s research at Big Mountain has yielded technology which aids in shielding these robo-soldiers from EMP damage. Thus, one can not simply carpet bomb an advancing force with pulse grenades and expect a victory.

In all, the Securitrons of Vegas are its police force, its army, and the shield and sword of the Free Economic Zone. Most of the Securitrons are positioned in Vegas and the surrounding area (including Hoover Dam), however, several groups of the robots also patrol outlying regions, and some are positioned in smaller towns and villages in order to help with their security: complements of Mr. House.

However, each of the larger towns also maintains a police force/small militia of their own, which is almost entirely defensive in nature. House’s terms allow for such militias to form, provided they do not act without permission from House and do nothing to attempt to thwart House’s Zone. Should any town attempt such a thing, Securitrons would be swiftly detached to deal with them post-haste.

While these militia’s should be considered if any attack is to be made on New Vegas, their role is mostly untrained and ad-hoc. Some are more deadly than others and they are not officially counted amongst the “military” of New Vegas, the professional and standing army, is of course the Securitrons.

Approximate Securitron force: 20,000.
Militia forces: Adhoc as needbe. Scattered around various outlying towns. They are not part of the main standing army and are only temporary forces.

Technology: High Tech

Considering that Mr. House, the mind behind the pre-war technological marvel of a company that was Robco, is now at the helm of the Free Economic Zone of New Vegas, this nation should of course be considered high technology. Or at least the capability to become one. Big Mountain serves as the primary research facility, and various new technologies are been developed and experimented on from time to time.

War technology though, is not the main focus of the technology (aside from the securitrons) it is the innovation and technological progress for the sake of progress itself. Energy and power technology is a main source of research: how can the Dam and such things like Helios One be improved upon?

Research into robotics, medical technology, chemicals, and other such endeavors are of course done as well. And the Free Economic Zone encourages various types of scientific study and Mr. House himself funds such projects with his enormous wealth.

Religion:

The Free Economic Zone does not have a particular religion and there is certainly no official one stated. House himself is most likely atheist in temperament, but he does not regulate religious belief whatsoever (provided the beliefs do not clash with the ideas of the Free Economic Zone). As such, one will most likely find a variety of religions (and of course the lack thereof) in the New Vegas region. Both pre-war and post-apocalyptic in nature.

As in other places, it is more likely that you will find religious folk in more rural Mojave towns as opposed to the city of Vegas.

Views on mutation: Ambivalent.

House does not have a particular disdain for mutations and he sees no issue with them provided they do not disturb his goals for the Free Economic Zone. Thus, no official policy for mutations is set within the law codes. Various towns however, may differ.
Within New Vegas itself though, House does ‘discourage’ mutates from visiting, unless they are well laden with caps, as they tend to drive away customers and generally cause uproar. Ghouls are far less of a problem than super-mutants, who are effectively excluded from the New Vegas Strip and Freemont (although not explicitly stated to be). At most, non-feral ghouls are likely to simply experience prejudice and bigotry rather than outright exclusion, revulsion, or hatred. Experience varies however. Casinos will always welcome a ghoul with a fat wallet. As will most business, because in Vegas, money talks.

However, while House himself is ambivalent to the mutation question, and would likely not care either way, the people and towns within his Free Economic Zone hold a variety of different views. Some see mutations as disgusting abominations, while others are far more tolerant and accepting. A few towns even have complete bans on mutates from entering their city limits: which House does not stop from occurring.

The settlement of Jacobstown is the one place where super-mutants may find assured refuge. The cure for the Nightkin was discovered by Dr. Henry and as such the settlement survived deep and secluded within the ski lodge in the mountains. House knows of the settlement and permits its existence provided that the mutants can keep themselves out of trouble and stay away from roads, main towns, and villages. In return for this allowance, Jacobstown sends a much higher tax to Mr. House than other towns within the Free Economic Zone. For the super-mutants however, it is considered worth it. These mutants make their living by mining and cutting lumber in the mountains for the Free Economic Zone.

House has made it explicitly clear to Marcus that should problems arise from Jacobstown, hesitation will not be given in ‘dealing’ with the settlement.

Land occupied: New Vegas and the surrounding region, including the Hoover Dam, Big Mountain and various other locations (see map for outline of territory).

Population: According to Mr. House’s precise census: 1.25 million

However, this only includes citizens and permanent residents, this does not include the various tourists and travelers which often stay in Vegas for an extended period: either working (to pay off debts ) or simply enjoying themselves at the Strip.

Signature Weapon: The Helios One Solar Power plant transmits electricity to the overall region, and for most people this is all they know it as: a power plant. However, The Archimedes I weapon system is ready to be activated at a moments noticed should the need arise. While the deadly laser ray is not nearly as powerful a system as say, the Bradley Hercules, it could still wipe a small town or an entire company or two of soldiers out.[/

4. Republic of the Sierra Madre - (Vault Ninja)

7. Republic of Alaska - (Crimson Paladin)
Name: Republic of Alaska

History:

The Republic of Alaska was founded in Anchorage in 2140, as a group of men and women, mostly descendents of the US Army who had survived by seeking shelter in heavily fortified military installations. Over the next century, it slowly grew, bolstered by descendents of Chinese soldiers, tribals, hunters, and even natives. Threats, such as raiders and feral ghousl were hunted down, cities were reclaimed, and technologies were salvaged. Eventually it grew to encompass most of Alaska, and industries of fishing, hunting, and logging began to bloom.

Now the Republic of Alaska is has grown into a large nation, sparsely populated for its size but fiercely determined to maintain its independence. Boats head into the frigid waters to catch fish and mutated crabs, hunter-gatherers and their dogs roam the land, and cities grow.

Government:

The Republic of Alaska is a Presidental Constitutional Republic, inspired by both the pre-war United States federal Government and Alaska's pre-war state government. There are three branches, an Executive Branch, a Legislative Branch encompassing a Senate and House of Representatives, and a Judicial Branch. The flag is the old Alaska State flag, only with the stars recolored white, inspired by the United States' flag. There has been a movement to alter the flag, to change the North Star red, to represent the union of the American and Chinese descendents.

Economy:

Alaska's main economy is in the natural resources that survived the war. Fishing, hunting its dangerous fauna, and timber from the forests that survived the war, are its primary industries. Brahmin ranching has been growing in recent years as well, fueled by increasing need for leather, meat, milk, and beasts of burden. Gold mining also continues, enabled by pre-war mining rigs, and enabling the government to back the Alaskan Dollar. Most trading is done within Alaska: its remote location, abundance of natural resources, and self-reliance has resulted in very little trade with other powers.

Culture:

Alaska is home to a number of different cultures. Many base their culture off of the pre-war United States (of various eras, from the 2070's to the 1800's), seeking to recapture its spirit without the flaws that led to the Great War. Others, especially Chinese descendents, favor collectivism. In addition, native and non-native tribes live in various areas of Alaska, bringing with them their unique cultures.

Military:

Because of its light population, the Republic of Alaska enforces a mandatory military service to keep its armed forces at sufficient strength. Nonetheless, its military remains relatively small in number. However, because conflict fought in Alaska prior to the Great War, the Republic of Alaska possesses a plethora of pre-war military technology from both sides of the conflict. As a result, the Republic's military is both well-supplied and technologically advanced, although not to the degree of the Enclave or Midwest.

Army:

Life in post-apocalyptic Alaska is not easy, especially not when the only sources of food were already dangerous before being mutated by radiation. As a result, those coming into the Alaskan military are often experienced survivalists and veteran marksmen. Typically they are equipped in pre-war winterized combat armor, typically armed with both American and Chinese firearms.

The Republic of Alaska also maintains Power Armor Units, thanks to the number of T-45's and T-51's from the war. They maintain two T-45 Armored Batallions and one T-51 Armored Batallion, armed typically with heavy weapons, such as miniguns, flamers, and even a few Fat Men and Gauss Rifles.

In addition, the Republic Army also possesses a Special Operations force. Known as the Polar Night, these men and women are equipped with some of the rarest tech in the military. Garbed in Chinese Stealth Armor and given full access to the Republic's arsenal, they perform the tasks that no one else can.

Navy:

Because of the importance of its fishing industry and the proximity to Russia the Republic of Alaska makes a point to maintain a navy. Like everything else in its military, it consists of American and Chinese warships that survived the last war. Most took years to repair, but their imposing presence is well worth it. The prevalence of fishing, a dangerous occupation in Alaska, means that like the army, the men and women crewing their ship are already competent in their field coming in. Because of the finite supply of naval ordnance, their navy rarely engages in combat, instead remaining a preventative measure.

Air Force:

The Alaskan Air Force is made up mostly of American and Chinese military aircraft, although it also incorporates a number of surviving civilian airplanes as well. While maintaining the security of the Republic is an important duty of the Republic Air Force, they often find themselves aiding in civilian affairs. Search-and-rescue, transportation of cargo, and occasionally air travel have all been carried out the Air Force. At the same time, however, the nation's lack of manufacturing capabilities and scarcity of oil means that for the most part, their air fleet only takes flight when it is important. A combination of pre-war flight training software and knowledge passed down from a ghoulified former bomber pilot have ensured that the rare art of piloting aircraft is preserved.

Army: 25,000
Navy: 10,000
Air Force: 4,000

Technology:

Outside of the military, much of the Republic of Alaska is primitive, relying chiefly on timber both to build structures and provide heat. What little oil remains is tightly controlled by the government. The land retains natural gas reserves, some of which have been put to use for heating purposes in the cities, but remains largely overshadowed by wood-burning. Firearms of all types are commonplace, both for civilians and military, but energy weapons are much rarer.

While a few functional mining rigs and snowmobiles exist, typically travel is done by sleds or wagons pulled by Brahmin or dogs. The Republic has also resurrected the Alaskan rail line, but it is currently only used for moving large quantities of cargo between cities.

Religion:

While the Republic of Alaska has no state religion, there are several belief systems in Alaska. Variants of Christianity are fairly common, as is Atheism and Agnosticism. In addition, the belief systems of the native Alaskan tribes survive in many places, owed to the natives' ability to adapt to the changing land.

Views on mutation:

Ghouls are often viewed with fear and disdain by many, owed to their zombie-like appearance and their feral cousins. Many, however, view the Ghouls, their ability to survive in extreme conditions, and the experience that comes with sometimes centuries of living, as an indispensable asset. Indeed, some credit much of the Republic's knowledge of its pre-war technology to a small number of pre-war ghouls.

Super Mutants are another story. Owed to the vast distance from any locations of FEV experimentation, Super Mutants are rarely seen, but are usually distrusted and turned away, owed more to unfamiliarity with the mutants than anything else.

Land occupied:

Most of Alaska minus a small portion claimed by the Russians.

Population:

270,000

8. Northern Canadian Union - (Open)

9. Khan Empire - (Tiber Septem)
Name: The Khan Empire also known as the Great Khans or the Khans.

Capitol: Devils Tower

Government: Khanate

There is only one person with absolute power within the Khans, and he is called the Khan. The Khan has advisers but he does not need to listen to him. As long as people do not cross the Khan, they will live a safe and possibly happy life. If you cross the Khan you will not live at all. The current Khan is Oscar Maxwell, otherwise known as Little Khan, because of his short stature. Despite this the very mention of his name can make the most hardened of Khans tremble.

Despite this the Khan allows many towns within his territory to govern themselves, as long as they don't go against him or his soldiers.

Economy: The Khans have a strong economy due to the distribution of chems, and by raiding unruly communities and enemies. The Khans tax many communities they protect by making them give them there strongest children. The children are allowed to see their families after they are raised in the Khans. The Khans will also accept volunteers instead of children.

Currency: Caps,gold coins.

Culture: There is no one culture that dominates the Khan's empire. The Khans themselves are very warlike.

Military: 54,967 Humans 43 Super Mutants

The Cavalry: 15,967 Motorcycle riders, 40 trucks, one driver and a Super Mutant gunner per truck.

The Calvary was founded when Papa Khan found a stockpile of 100 working motorcycles. Due to their fast speed and maneuverability Papa said that in the future all Khans should ride these. The cavalry soon became the most prestigious rank within the Khan military. The Khans build new motorcycles using the remains of many pre-war ones. The Khans have only started to recently build their own motorcycles. The cavalry is very mobile and can move faster than any other modern army. Most soldiers within the cavalry are equipped with small weapons such as SMGs and pistols. Recently Super Mutants have joined the Cavalry. Since they could not fit on motorcycles they have taken on the role of gunners on the back of trucks. They use heavy weapons such as mini-guns and missile launches.

The Khan's Guard: 3 Super Mutants, 1,000 humans

Their Goal is to protect the leader of the Khan Empire. They are the toughest fighters within the entire empire. All of them are officers and their commander is Jacob Death-Hand, a Super Mutant who's brutality and power is only under that of the Khan himself. They wear heavy suits of combat armor reinforced with steel. Most of them carry heavy weapons. They also act as the police force of Devils Tower.

Great Khans: 30,000 humans

The main fighting force of the Khans. They wear little to no armor and equipped mainly with rifles, shotguns, and SMGs. They are still very tough and can hold their own against many other military fighting forces within the wastelands. There have twelve Howitzers that they use mostly as a defense against their foes. Most of them protect towns within the Khan Empire, or they protect drug caravans.

The Flying Calvary: 1,000 humans

The newest addition to the Khan military is it's air force. Their aren't many planes within the Khan Air Force but there are many guards. It is composed of one B-29, two cargo planes, and one Vertibird taken from a very wealthy NCR Brahmin Baron. The Baron was killed, the attack was covered up as an attack from a group of unknown raiders.

The Khan's eyes: 7,000 humans

The eyes and ears of the Khan Empires military. They scout enemy positions and even assassinate enemy leaders. They wear light armor and carry around long ranged weapons. They always are in front of the Khan army but they never participate in any battle. Many of them also spy on the towns folk that live within Khan territory.

Population: 55,000 Khans, 421,000 citizens

The Khans have quickly grown from a small gang of raiders to an empire based in Wyoming. Many citizens were willing to undergo harsh training to become a Khan. Others were satisfied with their lives and did not bother the Khans.

Technology: Low to mid level

The Khan Empire maintains a large number of motorcycles for their soldiers, and a small number of trucks for The Khan and Super Mutant soldiers. A large number of chems are also produced. Non-addictive chems have also been created for the use of the Khan and his soldiers. Everybody else is given addictive chems. A them of chemists are always looking to make new chems, for recreational use and military uses.

Religion: There is no state religion.

The Khans and people within Khan territory are allowed to follow any religion they want. Most citizens claim to be Mormon, due to the large number of Mormon missionaries that came to Wyoming to escape the Legion and the 80s. Others follow local tribal religions or follow no religion. Most Khans are not religious but still believe in some tribal legends. One of these legends was brought to the Khans by the Mormons. It is about a man called the Burned One.

Views on Mutation: Ambivalent, some super mutants serve the Khans. One is even the head bodyguard of the Khan. Many ghouls brew chems for the Khans, but none of them serve in the military. However many human communities within Khan territory do not accept mutants or ghouls. Most however live side by side with mutants and ghouls.

Land Occupied: Wyoming, Eastern Idaho, Southern Montana.

History: If you want the early history of the Khans go to the Fallout Wiki. I will start off with there journey to Wyoming.

Learning from the Courier that the Legion would enslave the Khans, Papa Khan decided to evacuate his people from the Mojave during the Battle of Hoover Dam. After leaving the Mojave the Khans came across a town called Tumbleweed. The Khans raided tumbleweed, and took the survivors as slaves and the children were recruited into the Khans. The Khans did this for three years until they reached Wyoming. Papa believed that this was the Perfect place to start his empire. The Khans came across the town of Bridger. Instead of razing they stayed here and recruited the locals. The Khans said that they would protect the town from raiders and other malcontents as long as the town served the Khans. The town agreed to serve them and the Khans set up a large drug lab close to the town, so the Khans could support their growing population with chems. The locals told them about the local raider groups such as the Razors, the Claws, El Locos, The Walking Cloud, and the worst of them all The Electrics. Each of the Raider tribes had a signature weapons.

The Razors' signature weapon was Razor sharp blades.

The Claws' signature weapon was the claws of dead deathclaws.
El Locos' signature weapon was the shishkebab.

The Walking Cloud's signature weapon was the tomahawk.

The locals said that the Electrics used weapons that shot beams of light, that vaporized their enemies. The only tribe Papa believed the Khans would have trouble with was the Electrics. The Khan's would need to build themselves into a proper military before they could fight the Electrics. Papa decided to battle the Walking Cloud raider to the North. To gain more land and to give experience to his army. The Khans fought the Walking Cloud, many of the Walking Cloud were slaughtered the others regrouped at a place called Nezperce. While the Khans regrouped in Jackson, they found one hundred working motorcycles. They took a liking to these vehicles and started to ride them. Putting the new Cavalry under the control of Oscar Papa headed south to conquer more land. The Walking Clouds were annihilated in three days and North Western Wyoming was under Khan control. Papa and Oscar regrouped, Oscar had repaired many motorcycles within Khan territory and had recruited many more soldiers, from the towns, in Wyoming, and raiders who wanted to become a Khan. Papa had recruited a large number of Mutants. The Khans set up many chem factories inside Wyoming, and they had plenty of resources to make them. Soon the combined forces of Papa and Oscar headed east. The Khans soon controlled all of western Wyoming. Some local towns greeted the Khans as saviors and told them of an alliance of all the major raider groups in Wyoming. The raiders feared that the army of demons would destroy them unless they served the Great Spark. The Group that controlled the alliance was the Electrics. The Razors, The Claws, and El Locos were meeting with a group of the Electrics known as Megabyte and Megawatt in the town of Cheyenne. Papa told Oscar to take his best soldiers and recon the Electrics base, he would take 2,000 soldiers and invade Cheyenne.

Oscar lead 40 Khans to the Devils Tower. When they stopped at the town of Big Horn they were ambushed 50 electrics under the command of Kilowatt and Kilobyte. The Khans were losing the battle until Oscar charged Kilobyte and beat him to deat in the middle of the battle with a mace. Demoralized by the death of one of their leaders the Electrics retreated. Oscars forces chased them down and killed every last one of them. Kilowatt’s head was sent to Devils tower. Oscar completed his mission but learned horrible news of what happened in Cheyenne.

Papa had fought a bloody battle and defeated the three other raider groups. But, Megabyte and Megawatt ambushed the Khans and killed Papa and many of his soldiers. All that returned were some Super Mutants. Megabyte died in the battle and Megawatt

Was licking his wounds at Laramie. Oscar was the new Khan and was given the name Little Khan. Little Khan, told his forces to surround Devils tower. He and the forces that served Papa would avenge Papa's death. Little Khan arrived at Laramie and ambushed Megawatt. Megawatt and his forces surrendered but little Khan beat megawatt to death, then ordered the rest of his forces to be beaten too. Once they were down with the Electrics forces they found 12 howitzers were ready to be transported somewhere. Little took them to Devils Tower. Once they arrived there they found that the Khans had held of three attack from the electrics, but were demoralized. The howitzers were quickly set up and fired upon devils tower. Most of the Electrics forces were killed in the barrage but some had taken refuge inside the caves built inside Devils Tower. A small group of Khan Veterans under the command of Little Khan and his second in command Jacob Death-Hand attacked Devils Tower. Most of the electrics were killed when the Khans fired their flamers into their caves. The rest were with their leader Gigawatt and his second in command Gigabyte inside a palace at the top of the tower. Little and his forces entered the palace and noticed many brotherhood symbols. Gigabyte ambushed the Khans and killed many of them. Little and Jacob were attacked by the remaining electrics who were quickly killed. Jacob distracted Gigabyte while little searched for Gigawatt. Little entered another room, where Gigawatt armed with a Tesla gun shot at Little but missed. Little quickly fired on him and killed him. Little picked up the Tesla gun and shot Gigabyte killing him.

The Khans finally ruled Wyoming and forged an armor out of a suit of T51b power armor for Little Khan. Many refugees and raider came from all over North America to become a Khan. In five years the Khans became one of the dominant powers in the West. The Khan Empire's lands are starting to become overpopulated and they want to expand. 10. Midwestern Order - (TheLoneRanger)

11. Texas Republic - (Han Shoots First)
The Military Empire of Texas:

History:
After the Great War the area of Pre-War Texas was assumed into the territory of Ceasar's Legion. It was ruled by the Legion for the better part of it's history. Eventually the Legion saw it as "Too difficult to continue to occupy." and the Legion left it in anarchy. Soon a force arose in the eastern edge of the territory. The force spread to the North and to the West. Originating from the Pre-war city of Houston they declared themselves the rescuers of the state.
Soon the forcespread across the entire area covered by the Pre-War state of Texas. They stopped there and soon realized that they needed a Government.

Government:

The Military Empire of Texas has a ruler that acts as a figurehead but has no real power. The main Governmental branch of the Empire is the Military leaders. The Military is split up by ranks that mimick those of the Pre-Wasr Military. There are a number of high ranking Generals and there is one Archgeneral for each branch of the military, there is one Grandgeneral that has control of all branches of the military. The people are required to serve a minimum of one year in any military branch of their choice when they turn eighteen.

Economy:

The Empire's economy is dominated by the manufacture and developement of arms and military supplies. However anyone can set up their own bussiness if they do not sell any arms except those of necessity. The government requires all citezens to serve a minimum of one year in any military branch as soon as they turn eighteen.

Culture:

Although they are a militaristic nation, they still follow the beliefs of christians, with the exception of the idea of just and nonjust wars, all wars are concidered just wars. The government allows all religions as long as they still follow the laws of the nation.

Military: (will be edited in still working on it since the nation is such a militaristic one)

Tech: (will also be edited in)

Religion:

Mostly one of Pre-war Christians. None of the ideas of just war come into play.

Views on mutation:

15. Ohio Socialist Republic - (W0NDERW0MBAT)
Name: Ohio Socialist Republic

History: After the Great War the city of Cincinnati was largely left in ruins, but the location of the cities sports arenas left them relatively intact. The National Guard turned the facilities in refugee camps, but it wasn't long before they started to get crowded. Each stadium's residents were nicknamed after their respective team name, the Bengals and the Reds. It didn't take long for the word to spread that a somewhat safe location was set up in Cincinnati, and soon people from all over the region tried to gain access to the stadiums, but once they filled up the others were denied access, so they set up Shanty towns inside and around the city ruins.

7 years after the war the people wanted to start to move out of the stadiums as they felt it was safe enough for them if hundreds of others could live out there. It wasn't until the entire Bengal stadium collapsed on top of the several thousand people inside that the Red's forcefully left the the facility. In doing so many of the National Guard soldiers died in the stampede and their weapons and equipment were taken by the people. The Reds then started to assimilate into the Shanty towns in the city. Eventually several survivors from the stadium assumed leadership and began a period of rebuilding.

For 150 years all efforts to rebuild a thriving community were exclusively in Cincinnati. It wasn't until a large wreck in the Ohio river released much of the irradiated cesspool that was Pittsburgh down the river. No one was able to go near the river nor use it for growing crops, so the people had to look beyond on their community. The pre-war maps pointed north to Dayton were many military supplies could be found, on the way an abundance of farmland was found that could be used to help the community grow. Upon reaching the ruins of Dayton the Reds found the Wright Patterson air force base. Most of the above ground facilities were just craters, but a vast network of tunnels and rooms awaited them underground. Here they found a plethora of military hardware from weapons to airplanes.

On the return of the mission, Frank Peters declared himself the new President of Cincinnati after many people encouraged him to be the leader. He saw the flaws in the old world in giving people too much freedom, so he strived to make a socialist community where everyone did their fair share of work. A constitution was formed with 17 basic laws for the people and the city was declared a Socialist Republic. It wasn't long before Peters set his sights on taking more land for his cause. In 2232 Columbus was taken, and in 2235 Indianapolis was claimed. The two cities, although destroyed by the Great War, still had valuable resources within them such as factories just waiting to be used again, and of course they were. The needs of the people were met with these new factories and many items began to be made from weaponry to leisurely items like toys and radios.

Frank Peters wanted to keep this community solely focused on the region he had gained, but in 2251 he died from a heart attack. The new elected president, Robert Stephens wanted to expand the influence of the Red's. Almost immediately during his term he set his sights on taking back all of pre-war Ohio, but his true goal was Detroit, and industrial powerhouse from before the war. In 2278 the opportunity finally arose for him to take his prized city. The Reds fought a large force from a place called Ronto, but they eventually succeeded and took the city. All that remained from his goals were Cleveland. Unfortunately in Cleveland they found a large force of Raiders from a place called the Pitt. Four months of hard fighting occurred in the city until Lord Ashur from the Pitt met with President Stephens. They talked for 3 days before finally reaching an agreement which would allow Ohio to absorb the Pitt into its territorial claims in return the medical facilities in Ohio were used to rapidly find a cure for the Troglodyte Degeneration Contagion.

The two groups, with their vast industrial knowledge, planned to effectively rebuild the entire region under Ohio's control in a quick time frame, it was called the 20 year plane and it would end in 2300. Immediate effects were noticed and the plan began at a great pace. Work halted though once Stephens dies and Ashur assumed control of the nation. But it wasn't long until Ashur also died in 2288. A new president was elected the same year, Luke Hartman. He promised that nation that he would find foreign powers and bolster there relations and trade.

Government:Ohio is ran by a Constitutional Republic. Everyone is of an equal status in Ohio, where everyone pitches in to do their part of the work. A person is selected from each county to run for the presidency. A primary vote narrows it down to five people, and a secondary vote decides who the president is. A small form of Senate is also present, however they only deal in domestic affairs.

Economy:Ohio is very industrious controlling many of the powerful industrial cities from before the war. They have the ability to make many products ranging from household utilities to modern (not real world modern) aircraft. Inbetween the cities lies vast amounts of farmland too which allows to feed their population and grow at a steady pace.

Culture: The culture is similar to America before the war, with a heavy emphasis on baseball from which the nation's nickname, the Reds, comes from. Everyone is expected to do their work, and if they do they are rewarded monthly with luxuries from radios, to kitchen appliances.

Military: 50,000 ground forces. The Reds use blitzkreig tactics and are able to mobilize incredibly quickly. This makes up for their lack in strength. The blitzkreig works especially well with the modernized air force that was made due to information and technology from Wright Patterson. As support the infantry also makes use of tanks which is possible due to the strong industrial force. The military is also known to be excellent at defending.

Air Force: 20,000 (74 planes total)
-25 F-86 fighter jets
-10 F-4 Air Superiority Jets
-5 F-5 Fighter Jets
-5 F-5 Interceptors

-3 B-29 Strategic Bombers
-1 B-52 Strategic Bombers

-25 Cargo Planes of various types.

Technology: Medium-High technology. Most is used in the air force and armored Calvary, while the others is used for industrial purposes.

Religion: Although their is no official state religion, most of the citizens are Catholic or Protestant.

Views on mutation: Mutants aren't a problem as long as they keep their distance. Have no knowledge of what a super mutant is only ghouls and trogs.

Land occupied: Ohio, land up to and including Detroit, Eastern Indiana and Indianapolis, Western Pennsylvania.

Population&: 723,491[/

Name:Ottawa Military Empire (formerly Ottawa-Montreal)

History: After the Nuclear strikes Eastern Canada went into silence. Tribal groups immersed and most fled the cities. Over the Years Population increased and with that city states began to grow out of villages renamed after old cities. Among these were primarily the city states of Ottawa and Montreal which became the economic hubs of the East and West.

The city states of Ottawa and Montreal began to become the major hubs of Trade and eventually Industry began to grow. Ottawa and Montreal began a major rivalry with one another, especially in the time of King Nasus of Ottawa and King Darius of Montreal. The two hated each one intensely and both went on a propaganda war against one another, turning the populations of each city into entities of hate. Ottawa began undertaking massive industrial works and Montreal did so also to compete,Ottawa began to acquire more land and so did Montreal.

It was only a matter of time before the powder keg exploded. In an incident involving Ottawa sending troops into a disputed area,Montreal artillery fired upon them, leading to Ottawa sending in more troops and Montreal reinforcing the area,it ended in Ottawa forced to pull back and Montreal moving into the area. Angered, the Ottawans massed troops along the border to face down Montreal. Both armies met at the Ottawa-Montreal Border.

In what was known as the battle of the North,Ottawa won a strategic victory over Montreal, causing the entire Montreal forces into full retreat. The Ottawa Forces surrounded the city of Montreal itself, while the Ottawa forces marched across Montreal with little resistance. The siege of Montreal lasted until the Ottawans stormed the city. However the King of Montreal and his son committed suicide before capture, leaving Ottawa a de-facto victory.

Ottawa annexed Montreal, absorbing its hostile populous, and claiming its technology for its own. However, the absorbed Montreal military was not loyal to its new king and after a few years the military of Ottawa-Montreal become more loyal to Marshall Harper.
