There is very disruptive bug occurring in Capture The Relay.
The lasersight in pistols doesn't work properly while holding the relay.
Weapons and crosshair are directed upwards.
To shoot efficiently you have to look at the ground.
It must be fixed!

Wow, you read my mind dude. I've been experiencing it for a while, and today also so I was going to post about it. Basically, the knockback of the weapon causes it to stay upward all the time, and since the bullets follow the laser, you basically shoot up even if your crosshair is aiming at the enemy.
