Race: If a race is known to be very classy or mysterious, it is valid.

Armor: Unenchanted fine clothing, rings, necklaces, and circlets.

Homes: Proudspire Manor only.

Quest limits: There are none.

Skills: One handed, archery, and all the stealth skills excluding alchemy and light armor. You are not allowed to make use of anything else. Yes, this means that you cannot enchant items or make use of pre enchanted items. Clever people like you don't need magic. No smithing either. You buy or find the stuff you need. Potions and poisons are allowed, but you may not make them yourself.
