Inns and Taverns Need to be... Inns and Taverns!

You can go into an Inn in Skyrim, but buying food and drink in there isn't really fleshed out as good as it should. It has some NPC's in there, some interactable, among a few other features such as rumors and gossip.

But I want Inns to REALLY feel like an Inn. It would be nice to actually sit at the bar and see your character drinking ale, rum, or mead after buying it. It'd be awesome to actually sit at a table and the innkeepers come ask you if you want food and you see your character eating it. If you actually sit there and let your character eat and drink you could gain certain leveling bonuses and such. And other characters whose disposition is high enough with you would come and talk to you while the two of you ate; otherwise you could sit at anyone's table and speak to them.

It's just that I went to the Bannered Mare and sit at the table and had a conversation with Jon Battle-Born, who was sitting on the stool just next to me. He was drinking his mead and talking to me and it felt so... alive and perfectly done... except my character wasn't eating or eating.
