i got this horrible bug where alduin's storm call sound loops forever and follow me to anywhere i go, incredibly annoying and quite game breaking, anyone knows how to fix it?

i did the showracemenu and save/exist fix but it does nothing, hope bethesda look into this and fix it

I guess just complete the main quest and bare it.. Then maybe it should go away?.. Or if your on a PC I'm sure there are a gazillion ways to fix this.
