I've recently developed a bug with Skyrim. I am hearing the sounds of water along with a buzzing sound occasionally, sometimes frequently. This is sometimes accompanied by the character performing either falling animation or the swimming animation. Happens even when there's not water nearby.

I've unstalled Skyrim completely and re-installed it and created new games to test w/o any water mods installed, etc.

Any suggestions?
