Legendary difficulty,illogical.

I see CCNA's here. Maybe he can lay it down for me.

Why, I will never choose Legendary for any of my skills. I Role Play and levels are the least of my concerns when playing these games. If I have the skills that I need to do what I need to do, then I am not going to chase a level. Torpedoing a Skill just so I can grind out some more character levels is not something that has any interest for me.

the point I'm trying to make is that when you increase the difficulty,it should make the ai smarter In combat not just making it so that you have to hit them 50 times to kill them!

Most that could be hoped for would be for Bethesda to raise the level caps on the enemies.

Know what's even worse? Not having it at all.

Increased enemy level, means more health and more damage output.

Increased difficulty, means less player damage output (even though it gives the false impression that the enemies have more health) and more damage from enemies.

Both methods, produce the same result.

I don't really see much difference between Expert and Master. I'm still killing it.

one does not simply just "improve the AI"

There's a lot of combat mods that tweak some game settings and sell it as "Improved AI"
When in reality all they did was like, change the chance of AI choosing to flank you from 15% to 50% or something silly like that.
And that really isn't "smarter AI" so much as it is "more gimmicky AI" IMO.

I'm curious which combat mods actually add new AI mechanics, I haven't had the time to sift through them though.
