Vampirism and Certain Schools of Magic

Hello everyone, I'm here to ask and get your opinion on something that I've been curious about.

Vampirism, as you know, causes the afflicted to become an undead being, which would normally make a person think that Restoration magic as well as fire-based Destruction magic is something they should stray away from. However, if invoking the power of magicka to conjure flames, frost, or lightning from one's hands or shrouding themselves in one of such elements without harm to one's being is possible, would fire be alright for a Vampire to wield if they possessed the skill before they turned?

And what about Restoration magic? Do you think a Vampire that was, say, a Sorcerer skilled in Destruction, Conjuration, Alteration, and Restoration or any Mage well-versed in the various schools of magic should still be capable of wielding all the schools they practiced even with their new status as an undead being? Afterall, Restoration is the manipulation and control over life force, which can be used to absorb and heal as previous games have demonstrated, and as Dawnguard has demonstrated, even possesses ways of repairing the undead through this control over life force.

So, I ask again, does anyone here believe a Vampire should still be able to wield Fire-based Destruction spells and Restoration even after they become a creature of the night born from Molag Bal, considering the nature of magic itself in Tamriel?

Vampires you encounter in the wild use fire spells so why not? Why would a vampire be at any more risk of being burned by their own flame cloak than a non-vampire? Casting spells is knowledge-based and someone wouldn't forget how to cast something just because they were turned into a vampire. Some of their spells that are to be used on the self may just need to be tweaked in their usage to accommodate their changed biology is all. Some of the Daggerfall vampire clans had an innate resistance to fire rather than being weak to it if it's anything.
