So I'm stuck in beast form permanently. The script to turn back to the human race isn't kicking in. Flash goes off, still a werewolf. I can even equip a sword. Can't use it, still uses werewolf animations, but I can use dragon shouts.

Only fix is using setplayerrace nordrace in the console. Otherwise it's permanent.

Uninstalled all mods, no change.

Loaded a save from back from 2011: this old save is affected too.

tried verifying game cache, no change.

Any ideas?
