Ideas to boost Crysis 3 sales

I think there could be a way to boost Crysis 3 sales

Here are a few ideas that would both please customers and you.

1 If its not possible to make Dx10, maybe you could consider giving the game to people purchasing DX11. There have been partnerships between hardware makers, i can for example tell you some headphones were sold wtih stalker.

2Asking EA to give you money for dx 10 support, i think you could expect more sales with that. Dont forget PC has recently shown it could be a powerful market.
Send a mail to the new CEO, tell him this can be a solution.

3 Organizing a humble bundle with Crytek Games. You would wait a few months to avoid making angry people who bought the game at the release.

EA has problems with sales, you have problems with sales, some pc gamers have problems with dx 11.

I think we could find a good solution, all of us.
I am not good are informatik, but you are supposed to be the wizards of informatik, so bringing out the magical script lines that would fix everything would be a way to help Crysis 3.

DX10 wouldn't help sales much at all. Not enough people have DX10 cards powerful enough for Crysis 3 to be worth the R&D expense.

I dont know, if the game can run on consoles, and since a lot of medium PC are better than consoles, it could work no? Do you remember Dark Souls petition to have it on PC? I have no idea about the sales, but the next Dark SOuls is to come on PC.

Consoles are DX9 in a twisted sort of way. DX11 is PC.

DX10 is in a sort of middle ground in no mans land. It'd take significant amounts of work to the base engine to include it for minimal sales.

C3 is a game that certainly attracts graphic enthusiasts but even then the game hasn't sold much, so why would you think adding DX10 benefitting only a small number of users who actually care about the game would help much? I doubt more than 100.000 people would buy it.

At this point it seems they are offering constant discounts so they have bigger player base for when the DLC comes out, because right now not many people is going to care about paying for it.

There are a number of reasons why it runs on consoles, one is that it's easier to make it work, get up and running, that's simply not the case with PC's. Doing a DX10 version would take time and probably create new bugs and problems.

DX11 does solve and get around such problems or limitations so going back woudl probably make for a worse game.

They could, you know, fix the game. I also think it's silly to have a minimum of 6 players to start a match. That has NEVER made sense to me.
