Its near impossible to have a normal fight with the random vampires spawning in cities.

-Vampire attacks
-guards and townsfold surround him suicidally
-I try to get a hit in
-Hit someone ONCE and get a bounty

How am i supposed to fight if the foe is surrounded by allies? Shouldn't we get a three hit rule on every ally during combat?
