I recently purchased the land in the pale for my nord character, after i finished building everything in my house i noticed that im really lagging every time i enter it, also the lights inside wasn't functioning well. for example, in the cellar some areas were very dark despite having light sconces in the area. so i went to another house, the one in Falkreath, its not dark, no lags, everything was working well there. i also tried the 3rd house and no problems what so ever. so what is the source of this glitch/bug? its damn annoying, cause of the lags and the lack of lighting in some areas i cant even enter the house... i tried disabling hearthfire then enabling it again and buildings the house from scratch, this time i chose different building options, thinking it maybe whats causing this strange glitch. Didn't work. i also looked on the internet and no one has complained from having this issue. its like there is a problem with a particular script in that house and its causing all the lags\ shuttering. i'm confident this has something to do with the lights, since its a bit more dark than its in the other houses.

Not sure why you're experiencing lag, however I've noticed that house has some lighting issues.
