Hello, I'm a PS3 player and, like many players before me, am having trouble being able to purchase lakeview manor from Falkreath.

I've researched alot online, and found complaints about it - but only a handful of suggestions to fix it, of which none of those suggestions has worked.

Notes:
?) I did complete the Dark Brotherhood questline (up to killing the Jarl's past steward. They claim the new steward should be able to sell me a home. She currently does not)

?) I am Thane of Falkreath - I have the weapon and the guards recognize me. So I have completed that stage of the quests.

?) The Jarl/Steward offer me no questlines.

?) Even the Hearthfire steward doesn't spawn in the Falkreath hold like the one who did in Dawnstar.

?) I have absolutely NO radiant quests active ATM.

?) I only have one home built... Heiarken Hall near Whiterun.

It's VERY irritating that I can't get this home, as I REALLY had plans for this particular home! I'm affraid to set up my perma-residence somewhere else, just in case there's a fix for it (not to mention I don't want to live in a swamp...)
