I have a question, I didn't play the game for 6 months because of work and now there are some things I don't remember so well.

Friendly fire: is it normal that I can kill one of my followers without any reaction on her/his part? I'm using Extensible Follower Framework, I can't find any option in the mod's menu to edit friendly fire behavior.

So what's the vanilla behavior? Is there any easy way to mod this? I can't stand that after 100 hits my follower keeps on turning the other cheek.
