Artaeum is said to have idylic orchards and pastures, the still and silent lagoons, the misty woodlands, and the unique Psijic architecture that seems to be as natural but wondrous as the surroundings. The Ceporah Tower, a structure built by a civilization several hundred years before the Altmer, is one of Artaeum's more prominent features. The Isle has no set shape. It either shifts or changes at random, or by the will of the Council of Artaeum.
I for sure would like to visit this place, would you?
Maybe in some future Elder Scrolls. Maybe one set in a less snowy region of Tamriel, because, frankly, I couldn't see a DLC for Skyrim featuring an mild, elvish land.
