Nope. Just favourite the ones you're enthusiastic about and forget the others.

If there is no Delete Button indicated in the Spell list, then you can't delete the spell.

If used to be the White Button in Morrowind, but I don't think the 360 has that (the ability to delete the spell, not the button)

I suppose the suggestion of simply not using those spells would suffice?
