A few noticeable bugs.

So, I've been noticing quite a few bugs in the passed few months that are somewhat annoying.
The first bug I noticed was with the Dragonborn DLC. So, I managed to find all seven of the Black Books in Solsthiem. However, I happened to find the last book by chance in the giant mushroom without the help of the madman. So, everything was all said and done with the main questline. And then, the madman shows up again to give me a note telling me about the book in the giant mushroom. Since then, the miscellaneous quest to find the book there has not disappeared, nor will any indicator show up after I click on it. So, that's just one of a few annoying bugs I noticed. Oh, and this is all on the 360.
Onto the next bug in the Dragonborn DLC. The Bonemold Formula. I was given the formula, and told to deliver it to Delvin Mallory. No miscellaneous quest popped up, and I can't seem to be able to tell Delvin about the formula his brother told me he asked for. So, I can't do anything with the Bonemold Formula. What's up with that?
Another bug I noticed is that I collected the bounty from Skald in Dawnstar for killing a bunch of bandits BEFORE the miscellaneous quest popped up telling me to collect the bounty from Skald. It popped up, and hasn't disappeared since...which has been about 5 or 6 months now.
Next subject, I noticed this bug with the release of Hearthfire(and it still seems to be in effect). I finished building my house in Falkreath not long after the DLC was released. I'd been the Thane of Dawnstar for quit a while by then. So, I decided to become Thane of Falkreath. So, I became Thane of Falkreath. Showed up at my house, and my Falkreath housecarl was there...as...well as my Dawnstar housecarl Gregor...and no, he was not my follower(never make my housecarl's followers). So, I was a bit confused as to why he was there. So, I talked to him, and noticed I had the option to hire him as my steward. So, Gregor is my steward for my Falkreath house. Now here's the bug. Sometimes when I visit my house at night, Gregor will wonder around a bit before heading upstairs to the larger bed, as if he were going to bed...but all he does is just stand there at the foot of the bed...all night. Just stands there. Anyone else have this same bug?
Another HF bug I noticed was when I put wedding sandals and a wedding dress on the manikin upstairs. Decided I didn't want them on there anymore, so took them off and put on Imperial heavy armor with an Imperial Officer's Helmet on the manikin. I've only just recently as this week noticed that the wedding dress and sandals have somehow mysteriously respawned onto the manikin, replacing the boots and armor I had on it, but the helmet and bracers were still on it. So, I took the wedding dress and sandals off, and put them back in the wardrobe, noticing that I had 3 wedding dresses and sandals at that point. Two days ago, I go upstairs, and see the wedding dress and sandals back on the manikin...wth I don't even...so I took everything off the manikin and stored it away. Started up my game yesterday, went home, went upstairs...and there they are on the manikin again. Only THIS time around, the Imperial Officer's Helmet was on the manikin as well. It like, the manikin somehow magically conjures up clothes for itself. And no, it's not taking the clothes out of the closet and putting them on. It's literally spawning new clothes and helmets onto it. What is going on?
And, just a few other smaller bugs I noticed are:
Miscellaneous quest "Kill the bandit leader located at Rift Watchtower" has not disappeared, since it appeared AFTER I killed the bandit leader there.
All the Hunter NPC's have an infinte supply of 26 gold on them ALL the time, no matter how expensive the item you sell to them is. Their gold count will not go down.
The Woodsman's Friend(a rare and unique weapon) respawns in the same spot near your Falkreath house after about...I'd say a week in-game. So now I have two The Woodsman's Friend displayed on my weapon rack in my bedroom.
Selecting the miscellaneous quest "Report Leifnarr's death to his family" does nothing. No indicator comes up on the map.
Calcelmo wanted my Hallowed Dwarven Bow, but I disenchanted it, and the misc quest for that has not disappeared.
And lastly, I found a note in the trading post over on Solsthiem telling me to meet someone there at 12 midnight. So, I waited a few hours until it was midnight, and no one ever showed up. Bug?
That's about everything I can remember off the top of my head right now. I really hope Bethesda does something about these bugs, because the manikin bug is really getting annoying, as I now have 5 wedding dresses and sandals thanks to that bug.
And just one question. What are you supposed to do with the Black Books once you've finished the Dragonborn questline? Cause I can't remove them from my inventory, as they are quest items...even though I've finished the quest for them. How do I get them out of my inventory?
