Is multiplayer still dropping?

I got this game a while ago and then traded it when I saw that no one played multiplayer. How is it now is it still dropping?

10 minutes ago there were 362 players online on Team Deathmatch ... call the priest the game is death ... Crytek have some good vacations until the next hit on our pockets!

numbers are dropping terribly. first week xbox had over 3,500 online people on a weekend. this past weekend barely 1,500 and that was on a double xp weekend. they need to fix this game NOW to save it
