Well I thought it was ok. Definitely not worth the hype. They have definitely sold out to the kiddies. Gore and cussing has been taken out. Its Cog on Cog rather than Cog on Locust. All the maps and gaphics are really bright unlike GoW 1 which were dark and gritty. The brutal intensity from the first 2 games is gone. Which made me think that is a missing element in Crysis. I don't think it's a better game. In fact I think a huge portion of the Gears fan base is very disillusioned with the new game. I suspect that in the next couple weeks a lot of people are going to be trading it in. One thing that was super impressive about it is that after 6 hours of MP play I encountered not one bug or any lag. I guess that's what dedicated servers do for you. Im Back to Crysis 3 but I'm really missing the super smooth play.
