About the perks The Bear-Slayer, Scourge of the East, Divide Survivor and Dead Man's Burden, they each grants 1 additional S.P.E.C.I.A.L. point, but it's not actually possible to acquire all the perks, is it? I see they're all special perks, possible to be acquired through what seems to be the same quest, so I guess they counter each other, don't they? As in, you're only able to get 1 of them... right?

I don't have the Lonesome Road add-on... yet... That's why I'm so ignorant about it, and I just wanted to be sure even though it seems quite obvious.

You are indeed correct, they all represent different endings to the DLC and so are mutually exclusive.
