What he means is the pole can kill someone with max nano, its seems to be bugged, because you respawn with max nano once again, as if the server didn't understand how an immortal player just died. The pole isnt OP

Heavy Weapon Pro+ Maneuverability is.

Yes, max nano cannot be killed by Pinger or any weapon, but can be killed by other things like cars,poles and jumping off the map(Hydro Dam etc).
