Hi guys,

Ive finished the main storyline like in january and now ive been playing and on my quest journal there was a misc quest : Talk to Esbern.

I went to Sky Haven temple and he and Delphine gave me the quest to kill Paarthurnax. Again this is after Ive finished the main storyline.

So I went to the Arngeir and told him of what the Blades want me to do and he explained me of Paarthurnax and why he doesn't deserve to die.

Next, I went to the top of High Hrothgar and talked to Parth again telling him that the Blades want him dead, after the dialogue I saved the game and attacked him but HE WON'T die.

is this a bug? how can I complete the quest but not kill poor old Paarthurnax?
