Can your faction rep actually drop if you kill people with a noisy weapon whilst using a stealth boy? I went around Cottonwood Cove with Pew Pew and it would seem like it can't, but I was wondering if anyone else could verify this?

To clarify, though I was noticed and pursued my reputation never dropped. I thought this might be interesting in terms of making a stealth/energy weapons build.
