Stuck Note in Highmoon Hall in Morthal : V

I found a letter in Highmoon Hall that I can't add to my inventory! Its in Idgrod the Younger's room under her dresser (Top left bedroom). I've tried unrelenting force, telekinesis, and arrows. I can't get that thing to budge!

I apologize if this is already posted. I play on the PS3 if anyone knows how to add this note to their inventory.

I don't know if its a bug or what but its clear as day on my screen. I've logged tons of time on Skyrim and this is the first time I've ever noticed it
