I'm honestly convinced that, all around, the SCARAB is the single worst gun in the game. It does everything horribly. At range, it takes 10-15 shots take down an armored foe, and at close quarters the hipfire is atrocious, combined with a less-than average damage output. The recoil is random and large, with no reason to burst fire, and it doesn't exceed the SCAR or FY71 in any way. So, why is it even in the game...?

If you use Laser+Match barrel on Scarab, hip-fire is a beast, even better with Point Fire Enhance 3. However, ADS(Aim Down Sights) accuracy is horrible, I am not even sure how newbies aim down and kill me whereas I can't with a whole clip. Then there's the matter of input lag/fps drop when aiming down(and shooting) with this particular gun..

Ever since I started getting kicked for using the Scar, I've been using the Scarab. With Laser/MZ/FG it's not much worse than the Scar. The FY1 is slightly easier, but I just don't like the feel.

I hated the Scarab so much. And seeing that I joined the MP crowd after everyone had Scars I couldn't even maintain a 1 K/D. Horrible weapon, why even bother going through the torture of leveling the weapon up for the attachments when you can use something better.
