I just finished the MQ. First time I got into the Rotunda I said I would enter the code. I figured I would pop a rad-x, wear my radiation gear and with my radiation resist boosts from perks I'd be good to go. But no. The game just ends. So I reloaded and told Lyons to do it. But it just ended again, with a slightly different cut-scene.

Really, the game ends? Really?!?

I had plenty of other things I might like to do with that character, like maybe buy a house, or blow up Megaton, or who knows what, but now I can't. Criminy! What a let down. I think its about time I went back to killing Alduin or Miraak.

Oh, and when I asked Fawkes to do it, who would have no problem, he said no. How stupid is that?

It was created partially because of the fan hate regarding the ending of FO3; FO3 wasn't originally planned to go beyond the MQ, FYI. Note that you can survive the end... or send someone else to do it. But you get the sent-in-Lyons ending, even if you send in someone who's immune to acid.
