How to kill the blasted Orc burt spare Slitter? Any ideas for a mage?

Nvm I just tried sending Teldryn Sero on him while running in the opposite direction (lol). Just when I got the update I teleported. When I came back I had not bounty, Mogrul was dead (only him) and everything was peacefull though there were orc corpses in the middle of the town.
