Okay so, I'm not sure if anyone else have had this problem before and posted it here... but whenever I play the game, every once in a while it'll stutter (But that's not really a big deal) but then at random times, it'll literally stop skipping like mad in areas! and there won't even be npcs or anything in that area! my game will keep freezing like for 1-2 seconds every like 5 seconds, or sometimes it'll even skip over and over again... like the 1-2 second freezes, then when that first freeze is done, it'll literally be like half a second and it'll freeze again, and this would last all while I was in that area, too.. like I was in the vault 11 (I think that's the one, with the sacrificial chamber) and the freezing was horrendous. I was seriously suprised I was able to clear that place! so please help if any of you can.. because it's almost making the game unplayable. Oh and sometimes my loading screens will just stay loading, the roulette table and ball will just keep spinning, and sometimes it'll just take FOREVER to load (When I first installed this game when it first came out, I NEVER had these problems. game ran smoothly, loading screens were really fast, I had absolutely no problems at all. I'm started to think it's steam that made it freeze like it is now for me)

So please... if anyone can help me with this problem, it'd be GREATLY appreciated.
