Hooded armor

How come bethesda wont let me atleast use a circlet with the hooded robes? ( necromancer or all of them ) Kinda lame this means I am missing enchants unless i use the Vampire lord/servant exploit

I wish we had more mage clothing in general.

All the good robes have the regen enchantment on them.

I don't like armour or clothes. They restrict me when leaping though fields and that.

I wish I had a set of High Rock / Breton clothing like there is Hammerfell Garb.
