What hold capital would you choose. I know a lot of people are going to say solitude because its the richest so if you say solitude make sure to pick a second choice. So what city and why?

Whiterun for me. It's usually always sunny, I hate the snow! Haha. I think it's cool how dragonsreach is at the top of the city. I also worship talos, don't shun me but yeah lol and there is a talos shrine. Companions. And belethor!

I would be Jarl of Whiterun, because last time I checked it's the only one with proper servant's quarters. Also, I love the big open space and vaulted ceilings.

Yea Whiterun is really the only good hold besides Dawnstar and probably Solitude, every other hold kinda svcks and you have to deal with something i.e Windhelm is filled with racial tension, riften and markarth are filled with corruption, marthal is in a swamp and has no real value, Falkreath is just a cemetery with a village, winterhold is nothing but a husk.

Markarth, just to put igmund on the execution block and give the reachmen a more fair treatment. The silver-bloods would be a problem, though.

Solitude and Dawnstar are the nicest, love those towns.

I also like Riften a lot though.
