Supposedly installing any game on your HDD make the game run/load faster.

No it doesn't. I've done it both ways and unfortunately there was absolutely no notable difference.

This was debated by a lot of people at release. The ones that swore by themselves that it improved gameplay and load times by an install, never actually tried it without installing because the installed from day one and that was that.

I executed a series of test with both. The uninstalled load time was in fact 20 seconds faster than having the game installed on the HD.

Now, tell me how that is...

well what im talking about is like when you leave a mine or fast travel to a destination. all that requires load time which i dont mind but if it could be faster by installing id do it.

I have heard that as well. No idea why but that isn't the first time I've seen someone make that statement so there must be something to it. I just know I started out playing from the disc and when I installed it on the hard drive it made no noticible difference. I was expecting shortened load times but it just didn't happen. Apparently the 360 doesn't read from the HD any faster than it reads from the disk.

It could vary pending ones console. The Xbox is essentially a limited gaming PC. You can get different mileage between two PCs that have mirrored components.
