My DogTag "Safety" (make no kills) wont unlock, i think i get it when i make 0 kills in a round i joined a server and the game ends i made 0 kills but i dont unlocked it. do i need play a whole round 10 minutes and make 0 kills to get it?

and the dogtag most kills with most turn out weapons - i made most kills with that big mg but i dont get the dogtag.
