very low fps, help me

I can't play, at the lowest fps 15-20 settings. and the sight at management of a mouse moves by inertia, I can't aim, the sight lags behind mouse movement for 2 seconds. I have 4 kernels and 4 gigabytes of random access memory. intel core i5 the laptop, isn't present viruses, recently everything was cleaned by dr. then I it removed web for laptop optimization. Parameters of speed of the file of pumping 11999 on a disk C

and used for games: NVIDIA GeForce GT 520MX
Sorry man, the GT520 is a low-end card that isn't fit for playing most high-end PC games, including Crysis 3.

I think that GPU is below the minimum system requirements. The minimum card is a GTS 450.

I would recommend a GeForce GTX 670MX or better for your laptop.

That graphics card is soldered onto your motherboard, it can't be removed and replaced, it is not designed to be removable.

How did you not figure that? You think they fit a 12 cm card into a laptop? All laptop cards are soldiered to the motherboard.
