Hey I just installed VHB and I think it's pretty good. However, I installed everything manually and now thankfully, I must have done it right because there r no random Exclamation marks floating around. There is one problem though - Where is the sounds file supposed to go? Into Music? An also, everybody speaks so fast, I have no time to read the dialog before it skips to the next bit...Any suggestions?

Don't know if this is what you ask, but here is my directory-tree leading to VHB voice files:
My guess would be a a faulty installation. If you've abstracted the mod correctly all files will be in the right place and voice files will work correctly. Your best bet would be to re-install the mod just copy and pasting to the Oblivion data files directory, or even better http://lhammonds.game-host.org/obmm/default.asp and install through that.
I was just wondering if anyone was having more luck than me in getting info on the Accountant. I asked just about everyone in Bravil and they tell me "Your not the first to ask...I don't know" And Mirimar or whatever his name was doesn't have any more dialog options...glitch maybe? :/
Could be the missing topics bug that some people get (myself included), but I find that somewhat unlikely because from what I hear most people either get the missing topics bug at the beginning or towards the end. As far as I can tell you're at neither.
If it is the missing topics thing though, I don't believe any ever addressed the issue, or a cause was ever given so you'd just have to use a console command to move forward.
What might be the console command to advance in the storyline? and does anyone know what the console key is on a mac? I play it through bootcamp but there isnt a console command key...
install it open it select the folder icon at the top left. find the Verona house esp double click it click "set as active plugin" Wait through loading... if you get something about a value mismatch in Oblivion esm just press no, and yes to all to whatever else comes up. Once everything is loaded hit the Q button towards the top right. Scroll through the quests until you find the Verona quests. Find the one you're on and click it. See which stage you need next and then hover over the quest name you clicked on earlier... that will give you the quest's full name. Write down whatever it is in a notepad document, and exit. If you accidentally made any changes do NOT save them when you exit.
