I have a great top end rig, and a great monitor, but I can't play this game without feeling irritated and queezy.

It's like looking at a picture too close to your face.

All other games have been fine, so it's not me. I can only presume it is the field of view setting. I can get it to 80, but no more, and the game is unplayable.

What's the point in being able to play a game with great graphics, when they are so in your face it makes you ill?

Any advice would be cool please.

I received no help with my last question of the same issue. Surely there is a fix?

Try these commands or put them in a autoexec.cfg in your Crysis 3 folder.
