Per the title, is that what bugged Serana?

I went back to Soul Cairn and told Valerica about Harkon, and we all met back in the lab.
But I don't get the "Come with me" option with Serana anymore. (I hadn't used "Wait" at any time.)

I missed the early dialog option to set her up to be cured, so she just hangs out at Fort Dawnguard with nothing to do but smell the blood coursing through everybody's veins and I kind of feel bad for her every time I see her.
There's no way I'm reloading a save, I can live without her, but I do miss her.

Just wondering if there's anything I can do besides the reload option as I've virtually no hope for a patch.
