Hello guys,Im really desperate I'm so tired of the Wind Sound in this game and I was unable to find a way to lower the volume of it or to disable it completely!
Is there a way to DIsable/Remove the wind sounds from this game ,Either by a Mod or by a tool like Wyre Bash.
Btw Ive tried this mod :

Givethis mod a try: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/11720. Maybe it'll work for you. I know it says "for OSSO," but it doesn't actually require Oblivion Stereo Sound Overhaul (though OSSO is a great mod and well worth downloading).
