Is this a glitch or is because I did something different? I'm level four now and it's very annoying to have vampires attacking towns at this low of a level. They where there from the moment I first walked into Whiterun at level 2. They're also attacking during the day as well as night. I walked from Whiterun to Riverwood during the morning, entered the Inn, exited while it was still just past noon and Master Vampires and Death Hounds were attacking. I've also had them attack during the day at Riften without night ever happening (I discovered Riften during the day, did something regarding the Thieves Guild, went back up and they were attacking).

Anyone know of a way to fix this? Or is this because I chose something in the story differently?

Edit: I'm making a new character and hope it doesn't happen again. But I would like to know if this is because I didn't do Bleak Falls Barrow quest right away.

Glitch, I was attacked by deathhounds in the wild at level 4 and I hadn't been to Dragonreach yet.
