Through a series of unfortunate events, I seem to have lost the option to pick up the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Bounty_Killer quest from Colonel Hsu. I had it once, but then reloaded an older save and can't seem to get it again.

The Fallout 3 wiki had quest stages listed, so you could fix one with console commands when things went off the rails. I don't see that sort of thing in the Fallout: New Vegas wiki.

Can anyone help me with the console command to start the mission? I'd like to do it soon.
