So after the latest patch i've come across a glitch which has made me stop playing the game until it's fixed. Now before someone mentions "conflicting mods" i know for a fact that it's not mods causing the issue. I've disabled all the mods and even started over with a fresh install of the game and a new character, the glitch is still there and starting to get irritating.

After the dragon rising quest and becoming thane, i'm unable to purchase breezehome from the steward and when confronting lydia the housecarl she uses the throw voice shout calling me insulting names. Now i'm not sure if bethseda is aware of this but so far no fixes have been found by me or several others experiencing the problem and it would be appreciated it bethseda fixes the issue.

Perhaps she got tired of carrying your burdens in previous playthroughs and has no longer sworn to carry them in your current or new ones.
