This is what greets me when exiting Serevin Manor. Anyone know what the hell might be happening? And more importantly, how to fix it? It wasn't doing this earlier today.

That seems like your GPU is having a few issues.

Does it happen with all characters? Does it still happen if you restart the game and re-load, but then re-appears? What are your GPU temps?

I restarted, and it was still there. I reloaded an earlier save, it wasn't there, but it appeared after I waited for several hours. Not sure what a GPU temp is or how to find out.

A utility like http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm can display data, such as GPU temperature, onscreen.

HWMonitor is a good program to use for all-round information.
