I'm trying to use that glitch where a follower can fill a stack of petty soul gems by killing just one wolf. The glitch is described http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Glitches#Petty_Soul_Gem_Trick. However, I need a follower who doesn't have a bow.

I've tried all the obvious followers. The Companions (I'm harbinger, so I can get them), and even Sven (I went out of my way to NOT side with Faendel, even though he's a better follower overall, in the hopes that Sven might not have a bow, but to no avail).

I know the Dark Brotherhood Initiates would work, but I don't want to go through the whole DB questline just to do this.

The College of Winterhold followers also won't do. Though they don't have a bow, they also won't use the soul trap weapon I give them; whenever combat occurs, they'll duel-wield spells.

Is there an easy-to-access follower who I can get to do this glitch with?
