so i bought my daughter a red dress..now she wears bra and panties.get it fixed its not funny or clever.how did they miss this?

I remember reading another post in this forum that said if you try giving her some of the other colors of dresses, that she eventually chooses one to her liking. Finicky at such a young age....ahhh girls, go figure.

And yes, it's a weird bug, like those couriers in loincloths. The vanilla game didn't have any mechanic for children to change their apparel, so they probably had to write one for Hearthfire. Guess they didn't quite get it right.

My kids end up with less than a bra and panties when I put a red or green dress on them...yellow and blue and grey are safe and work on both of them. (I have 2 girls.) I avoid the red and green clothing like crazy!!! The yellow dress is really a white sundress and the grey dress is darling. The blue dress is really hot pants, short top and leggings and boots...but good for kids living in the country. I also gave them both real daggers since the bandit problem is BAD... Hubby got kidnapped and is now brain damaged. Ah the bugs in Hearthside are so much fun...NOT.

All you gotta do is give her another set of clothes and they'll change into that.
