Random fire spell buff? : V

for some reason my flames spell do 18 points damage while my sparks does 8. I dont have any active effects or perks that buff fire spells. Why is this?

Do you have any Illision perks invested because certain ones can boost the power of fire spells.

I don't think constantly using a spell buffs it in any way.
