For some reason almost any opponent that has to run more than a few feet to reach me will stop for around 3 seconds about still half-way towards me, but without exiting combat, as though my character had become invisible. This occasionally also happens whilst actually fighting an opponent. The only stuff in my warnings folder is about minor graphical errors caused by using Better Bodies without Better Clothes. I'm running MGE XE 0.8.23 and the Morrowind Code Patch version 1.9. I'm not using any mods that are supposed to affect AI or combat.

If anyone could point me in the direction of a solution it would be much appreciated.
