Unlimited carry weight option...

I was wondering if the Elder Scrolls should get off of being realistic in terms of using a limited amount of weight carrying you can have but instead have unlimited weight carrying and if you're curious as to how much weight you are carrying, the amount of weight you're carrying shows. Kind of like KOTOR 1 and 2 on the xbox 1. It would definitely make you win the game a lot faster like KOTOR 1 and 2. I like RPG's where you can carry as much as you want to play with the items more.

There needs to be a weight issue to give warriors an advantage in strength so they can protect themselves better manually with heavier armor and weapons to counter balance their lack in magic and stealth

That like saying have unlimited magicka to all players as default

Already I can wander out of a dungeon carrying half a dozen suits of armour and a dozen assorted weapons. I'd rather it got more "realistic" rather than less.

The problem there is realism over rides gameplay to the point it can becomes tedious and annoying. I've had that in games before where you just can't carry much and killing enemies looses all it's sense of reward. You find yourself having to constantly travel back to places just to get an item.

I personally think TES have got it just right.

I just simply don't go back. I grab what I can, and when I get full, I decide what I least want to keep and drop it. If I have stuff I'm not using, I store it in my home before heading out to lighten the load.

I don't lose a sense of reward because I'm still training my skills, and if I'm on a quest, I'll get it completed.
